Approval and Set-Up Process.

STEP 1- Fill out the on-line PRE-QUAL Form.

Note: It can take the Board up to 72 hours to inform you about your approval. You will receive an e-mail upon submitting your application, and you will also be notified of acceptance or rejection into the program. Upon approval you will then proceed to step number 2.

Note: if you have been pre-approved by authorized staff members you can skip Step 1

STEP 2 - Select the a DOMAIN NAME that you will use for this activity (ex: yournamePHARMACY.com or similar). Make sure that the domain registration company has a "Frame-Forwarding" or a "Masking" feature.

We recommend www.GoDaddy.com since it is very affordable, reliable and has the above features.

Step 3 - Fill out the on-line APPLICATION Form

Within 24 hours you will be registered as an affiliate and issued a code to be copied and pasted in the frame-forwarding box of your domain registration company's account.

You now possess a personal web site, identical to our main site, listed and displayed under your own domain name. (the magic of frame-forwarding).

This set up is simple and mutually beneficial for the following reasons:

• It allows accurate sales tracking.
• Your customers will think it is your Pharmacy. (only your domain name will appear in the search box of the browser).

From this point on it is up to your personal efforts! You can promote your domain name in all possible ways as long as you respect the parameters set forth in the Affiliate Agreement.
